A very short break from the usual Monday letter. I was busy last week catering a party by myself for a 200 person guest list.

My lovely and talented friends were celebrating the opening of the very beautiful and very special TAGE Gallery, a space filled with beautiful art, incredible furniture, and, on Sunday night, lots of smiling faces.

It was a tiring week with a few 5am wake ups, but I could not have been happier pulling this menu together. Cooking for the people I love (and the people they love) is my favorite thing in the whole world, and I hope I have the chance to do this again and again. Bonus when my favorite people help me chop shallots (@ Julia) and trust me to do whatever I want (@ Tyler).
